Total Game Changer! I am obsessed with living at The Gates! If I could give them ten stars, I would. The management here is truly in a league of their own. They are the definition of "top tier"—always friendly, incredibly helpful, and they actually care. The best part? Their communication is lightning-fast. Whenever I have a question and shoot them a text, they get back to me almost immediately. Honestly, after living in other complexes where getting a response felt like pulling teeth, this is such a breath of fresh air! This is the best apartment complex to live at! The staff and office workers are amazing. If you are looking for a place that feels like home The Gates provides a home like feel. The parking is the best in all of rexburg with plenty of parking spaces that are a few feet away from your door. The nicest part about The Gates is that they are townhome apartments so you won’t have to deal with stairs or elevators. The apartments are the easiest to access in all of rexburg. I have lived at several apartment complex’s throughout my student career and none live up to The Gates. The Gates is truly spectacular.

I enjoyed my semesters and seasons at The Gates! The management and leasing staff are all friendly and helpful, the amenities are awesome and a great place to hang with friends, and the apartments are spacious and kept well-maintained. It’s an older crowd of students so it’s social and more mature, there are lots of random opportunities for gifts and free things/food for resident appreciation days and activities. You get the most for what you pay at The Gates.

I love The Gates!! It was seriously one of my most favorite places to live. I lived there for multiple semesters until I got married and it was the best experience. The apartments are comfortable and clean. I loved the management. They worked hard to answer questions quickly and really made it feel like a home away from home.
